There is not much to say, other the plumber showed up one time and has not been back...
DO NOT USE!!! He cost us hundreds of dollars, he has lied and cheated us. Called Jimmy Cash, a plumber in Plano for a garbage disposal. Should be a simple thing, but they caused a leak in our under-sink water filter, which sits right next to the garbage disposal. Didn’t notice it for a couple days, and water had penetrated and destroyed the cabinet floor. We had to replace the sub-floor and floor in the cabinets. Jimmy tried to blame it on the filter itself, but his guy battered the connections while he was working down... read more

Do not use this guy period!!! He is a snake in the grass....
DO NOT HIRE JIMMY ****. HE DOES NOT HAVE CUSTOMEE SEEVICE. My husband and I spread the news because we do not want you to suffer the way we struggle for the last two weeks. This company installed water heater in our small restaurant last October. During install we heard explosion. Of course we are not expert on this so we took whatever he says. Although they advertise their intend to stand behind a 2-year warranty, when the main water line sprang leaks along a 35 foot span, they refused to answer are request for service. Our insurance company recommended the American Leak Detection Company and they corrected the problem satisfactorily. The problem with Jimmy ****'s labor is that they installed a San-T in a horizontal position when it should have been installed in a vertical position. A few things wrong here: Water piping and sewer piping are two different things. Also we do not install lead piping so that was existing from the original build. Sanitary tees are not allowed on their back (verticle) as it is against code and I am not familiar with cvc piping. We chose not to service this client again after several issues with dealing with the client. I hope American leak detection has a more positive experience than we did. Got the job done when he said he would and charged me at the quote he quoted me. Highly recommend him for your plumming needs
This place is a piece of work. I had a post foundation repair inspection done. Plumber determined that I had a waste water leak. He said for $350 that he could come back and find the leak with cameras, and if he found a leak that I could have the $350 credited toward any repair work. That was March 24th, and he was supposed to send me an estimate. Still waiting on that estimate with at least 8 calls to the lovely answering service.
