I have now worked with Jimmy three separate times over the last 14 years. Most recently, buying a property in 2018 and selling a house in 2020. Jimmy reached out proactively to find the perfect property for us that met all of our key characteristics as none were on the market when we began looking. If you are looking at buying or selling a house on IOP, I would not hesitate to recommend Jimmy. His commanding knowledge of the island is second to none.
They are incredibly rude on the phone. They give all kinds of miss information on properties. Isle of palms not worth it. Go to Kiawah!
