We travelled 2 hours for our sandwiches. Had some wrapped to go as well. They stayed warm for the trip home. Did not disappoint!
Had a craving for Italian hot dogs and drove 30 miles from Englishtown to Kenilworth. Got there at 8:15 and the doors were locked despite the signs & website saying they were open until 9 PM. The staff inside looked at us and went into the back. It must be nice to have such a successful business that you can just ignore posted hours of business and blow off customers. I had planned on bringing some out of town guests next month but I guess I'll drive to Jo-Jos in Toms River instead.
Great place great staff great food Can't go wrong with Italian hot dogs or the combo!
If you never had an Italian hotdog this is the place to start out. Authentic Jersey style goodness on a roll. Worth an hour's drive to get what they got.
