I had a recent major repair done on my car. Within the past week something happened with that repair, which required me to take the car back to Jimmy B's. You really see the value of your auto repair shop when it comes to standing by their work. It was a fluke that I had an issue with the repair. Regardless, Jim and his team went well above and beyond to not only resolve the issue, but take added steps to make sure i had no other issues . So far, Jimmy B's has been a very reliable garage for my cars' needs. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful people. Seems to be trustworthy, and has taken the time to explain what's going on, and what can be done. Until now, I have NEVER been able to recommend a mechanic to my friends or family. Jimmy B's has done great maintenance work as well as solved some strange issues my cars were having. I think I can actually rest easy knowing there's a mechanic out there who looks out for the customer's best interest!

I've had all 3 of our Families vehicles serviced here, 1998 Ford, 2012 Toyota and 2012 Fiat. At times we've had spare of the moment situations and they've said bring it down and it's been repaired within an hour. No BS, here like in other shops in Port, my last appt. at another shop the head manager saw my Jimmy B's bumper sticker suggested I bring it here, I will from now on.
