Vehicle emergencies are not so bad when you have really good people to help. Jimmy B’s is a top notch shop who definitely goes the extra mile. Thank you for being concerned about my safety and making sure your loaner vehicle had snow tires. I hope not to have any repairs done for a long time but if I do you will be my first stop. I would recommend you to anyone without a doubt! Very professional, reliable, great customer service and reasonable prices. Thanks again!

after dismal service at a large dealership, i was told to contact Johnny B's , my car is 16 years old and had a suspensuon issue that after 2 weeks wasted with dealer was unable to resolve. Johnny fit me in his schedule , identified the problem , ordered parts and gave me a loaner vehicle while waiting , work was completed in a timely fashion and at a better price than dealer ...A tip of my hat to Johnny and his crew for a job well done..

I love the fact that as a single parent who doesn't make a whole Jimmy B's makes it work they work with you and help to make sure you have a running vehicle . Something that everyone told me was one thing and it wasn't that jim and Steve are awesome they communicate with you and let you know whats going on and everything so thank you for your amazing I appreciate it
