after dismal service at a large dealership, i was told to contact Johnny B's , my car is 16 years old and had a suspensuon issue that after 2 weeks wasted with dealer was unable to resolve. Johnny fit me in his schedule , identified the problem , ordered parts and gave me a loaner vehicle while waiting , work was completed in a timely fashion and at a better price than dealer ...A tip of my hat to Johnny and his crew for a job well done..

I love the fact that as a single parent who doesn't make a whole Jimmy B's makes it work they work with you and help to make sure you have a running vehicle .
