So I purchased a newer Explorer from this location. The Manager Brandon ended up helping me with an issue that was able to be quickly resolved. He handled it very professionally and courteously. I could tell by our phone conversation that he was as upset as I was. It was resolved in 2 days. Most places couldn’t care less. All the while I was out of state and he still helped me. Thank you so much!
