Last year I was in the market for a new vehicle. I went to Jimmy Britt Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Dublin Ga. I was specifically looking to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I connected with Brandon W*****, the Sales Manager. He is Top Notch! He is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions without hesitation and found the exact vehicle I was shopping for and made the purchase process a breeze. If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle, I would not hesitate to do business with this dealership.

The salesman were very helpful. The service department is something else. Sent a message to be here Saturday at 12. We were here on time. When truck was pulled in bay, I told the service department what we were here for and was informed they were going to lunch until 1. Still didn't do the inspection and when asked about it, well you'll have to come back again. Oh yeah if its tears up before they get it done, oh well. I bought a used car about a year ago with 100,000 miles on it , it was my first car . When I bought the car it already had the check engine light on, and the back camera didn’t work. I took it back to the dealer ship recently and was told I would have to pay $4,000 dollars to get my car fully repaired. I have only been driving my car for a year, I don’t know why I have such a major repair so early on. I called Tuesday afternoon to inquire about 2 vehicles I was interested in purchasing, a ram 2500 & a Subaru Forester touring, to see if they were on the lot; they were not, but I was told they would gladly bring them for me to see. I had an appointment at 2pm Saturday, which I was at, on time. When I arrived someone was test driving one of my requested vehicles, but I was assured they were not buying it. On 03/20/2023, I found a truck I was interested in, but it was in Statesboro Business. I had text messages from a salesman in Dublin. He set up a time of 10:30AM the following morning, to pick me up and go test drive the vehicle. At 10:31, I texted him to see if it was still on. He assured me that it was and said the vehicle was being cleaned up and would be available to test drive. When we pulled into the parking lot, he pointed out another vehicle bragging on it. Terrible service. Purchased a 2013 Ford******* from them ($12000 CASH). Left dealership and went to *************** (less than four miles away). Crank car and after dinner. Car making a terrible noise. Contact dealership. No definite answers initially. No urgency in response. Took car to dealership first day. No one was available to give answers.
