Ordered on May 3 and put in note that I was late joining the Game of Thrones KAL and ask for the same dye lot. Not only did I get the same dye lot the yarn arrived on May 5 so I was only one day behind on the KAL. Thanks for great customer service!
I purchased my yarn on April 24th and I just got it! It's only the 26th and I paid the regular shipping fee! That was fast! And the yarn, the yarn is absolutely beautiful. Thank you guys so very much - you never disappoint!

I've ordered several times and they have never made a mistake. Shipping is very fast. The only time I've spoken to customer service was when they called me to tell me they didn't have the dye lot I requested. They said I could mail them a sample of the yarn and they would match it as close as possible. That is awesome!
A friend and I visited the store yesterday, and we were so happy not only with our purchases of gorgeous yarn, but with the personal service we received. Bethany went above and beyond to walk us through the whole store and tell us about your exclusive yarns. After we completed shopping, she gave us a personal tour of the warehouse. Gus's work is AMAZING and I wish we had more time to look at it! Thank you for a great visit! It was the highlight of my trip to Reno!
