My husband went here once and whoever he saw did a great job. He went back for a second time and when he tried to communicate what he wanted, they acted like they didn't understand. He showed a picture for reference and they laughed at him. He was asking for a simple fade... How do you not understand that and you're a barber? No one speaks English and they can't effectively communicate with their customers who are not fluent Spanish speakers. Above all else, the customer service is garbage. Muy buen servicio el de los barberos, pero la señorita que está en la entrada no es anda profesional y ni ética para atender, me puso en discordia con un barbera por mentiras de ellas, realmente me sentí muy incómodo en pocos palabras me dijo ( Te quieres cortar o no cuando) cuando ya tengo mi barbero y todavía dijo que yo no estaba esperando cuando realmente si estaba esperando! Creo que sin ella el negocio sería mucho mejor y la atención, espero tomen cartas sobre el asunto

Ayer lleve a mi hijo a cortale su pelo, mi pobre niño salio llorando de ese lugar, al revisar su cabeza habia pelo sin cortar partes largas partes cortas un completo desaste, hable con el barbero antes y le explique lo importante que es para mi adolescente su pelo, y aun asi hizo el peor trabajo que he visto, anyes esta barberia era cara pero hacian buen trabajo, ahora es mas cara pero su nivel a bajado demaciado, demaciado barbero sin experiencia... no regresare jamas.
