These are very rude people. The first time i went i was in the store for an hour looking around and they wouldnt even look at me. The second time i left after talking to them they were so rude. I bought my Hardwood and Carpet at Home depot instead. I guess they didnt think my \$11,000 was worth their time. I have never heard a good thing about them so not sure why I even went there.
I am glad to see I am not alone. Very very very rude people in that place. I would have dirt floors before I would buy anything from those people.

I will not go back. Salespeople were very rude and obviously thought I couldnt afford their products. Their loss.
I visited the store and spoke with Leah Green (who was very rude and pretentious) and picked out a tile. I found the exact same tiles at Home Depot for about half of the price than at Jimmie Lyles. I called Leah Green to notify her that I found it MUCH cheaper at another store, but prefer to support local stores, if they could match the price. She acted as if she was offended and told me to go buy the "2nd quality" tiles (which they were not). VERY bad experience with this store.
