The sales people are not friendly. The first time we went to this business, to pick out carpet and tile, there was no one else in the store and the salesman, Michael, was doing nothing. Unfortunately, we forgot to take a carpet sample and returned the next day to purchase. Again, not a soul in the store but the saleswoman, Leah, told us Michael, our salesman, was out of town and we would have to come back.
