STAY AWAY FROM JIMMIE THE PLUMBER AKA MASTER PLUMBING. This guy does not care about his customers his rates are outrageous and his workmanship is terrible. He will not follow through with any warranty work once he has your money you are no good to him. Read all the ONE STAR reviews

Got charged a hefty $700 to rod a drain and continued to have flooding issues over and over. The guys rodded the drain but pulled up nothing. After contacting Jimmy and getting no response, I had to call another plumbing company out. They charged me less than $200, actually pulled out tree roots, and since then my house has not had any flooding for a year. My neighbor was going to call Jimmy, and thanked me for telling her my experience last year so she don't have to waste her money.

Did not do the work as quoted. I am a senior handicapped and cannot get into the crawl space. Paid for work that I was told was completed... Total rip off. Be aware, stay away. would give a zero if possible. Rebuttal....you do not answer your phone for me to request a resolution...also was a no show for last appointment. If you really want to resolve, call me you have my number.... Still no call for a resolution. Very bad stay away from this business.
