Jimmer was great to work with as a buyer! He made sure to focus on what we needed, rather than wants, our budget, helped us learn the small details, and make the important decisions we needed to in the process. He's stayed in touch with us and is still a great reference whenever we have questions about our home or the market. Highly recommend talking to him when you're looking for a realtor to buy/sell with.
Jimmer and Belinda were an absolute pleasure to work with. We have close personal relationships with several realtors, and I am sure they all would have done ok, but I truly believe we sold faster for a fantastic return because of working with them. I know a lot of groups have a process, but from the staging advice, to the virtual tour, the open house with agents, to the open house for buyers, we could have not asked for anything more.
