They called me at 4 the day I dropped off my car to tell me they ordered the wrong glass, and it wouldn't be there for 2 days. They had already busted the old window out, and they asked me to come and get my car. I don't have a garage and it was raining so they offered to keep it. Great Service, quality work, but got overcharged due to not getting a call about a minor issue. I Was told by lady I talked to on the phone, that if any issues came up they would call me. My girlfriend dropped off vehicle around 9am and the lady she talked to in person told her as well if anything came up they would call me. I never got a call until I called at 4:30. Then was told after job was almost done that they had to charge an extra $75. For a little rust and broken trim clips. Really didn't feel I should of had to pay... read more
