They do a great job but the manager just wants to make money, it can be understandable but quite annoying , I had them change a tire for me , I drove and realized the balancing was off , I went back for wheel balancing then they realized the rim is bad and he charged me a $10 for that . This is what they ought to have observed when they changed the tire . I didn’t argue with him, I paid but customer service is zero on the part of the manager. It’s not always about money but customer retention. Floor guys are great though.
This place will 100% charge you overpriced if you don’t know your stuff. I went to have 4 tires mounted and balanced on my spare set of wheels. The guy working quoted me $15 for each valve stem and additional $45 for the mounting and balance for each individual tire. That’s outrageous and not normal… I knew I was getting scammed because the other day I happened to be at Walmart and saw new valve stem replacement was $3.
