I just fired him. He was fine for almost a year then everything was dying because of no trimming on bushes and flowers. He said he can't get help, probably he's as bad as an employer
I called several different gardeners in the area for estimates and left voicemails with any that didn't pick up. When I received a call back from Jimenez Gardening I naturally didn't recognize the number from the many others I had called, and asked who was calling. The caller refused to tell me who he was. I asked several times on the call, explaining that I had called many gardeners and could he please tell me which service he was with. He still refused to tell me and just said I had called him. He said that, he was going to check his schedule and get back to me. He then told me it would be the following week, I never received a call or text and he never showed up. So I don’t understand how he has five stars.
Great service. In addition to keeping our lawn and garden looking great year round, they’re more than capable of completing all of the special projects we’ve asked of them. Thanks Carlos.
