Poor customer service upon checking in they still didn’t know whom the patient they were checking in was nor have any of their information on hand when coming in to check patient , even though I had checked in online providing everything they asked for. Do not recommend do not waste your time no drs here just nurse practitioner. Wasted my time and my father whom can barely sit in his wheel chair for a long period of time.

They never answer the phone. They are very rude if they do answer the phone I don’t recommend this place. He’s also being charged with criminal complaints.

They never answered phone calls . It’s really frustrating. They know you are calling goes through just rings and then you call again goes voicemail. They called me from the office the day before since some results came and they asked me to call Dr first thing next day. I called and called and nothing. The front desk it’s unprofessional and not friendly. I had tests done from 6 months ago and they just got reviewed.They need new front desk staff. They are rude every time.
