Dr. Jimenez helped me when I really needed it and made sure to not only deliver quality services, but he always took his time with me.
Terrible staff. Witnessed the receptionist talking back to the doctor, very unprofessional. Mixed up my account with my family’s. Would get calls for my mom’s appointments. I could see my mom/dad/brothers charges on my bills after repeatedly telling them that we all have different insurances and they need to separate us! “Miscellaneous” charges months after they told me my account was paid in full. And half of my tooth broke off less than a year after getting work done. Never going back here and neither is my family.
Dr. Jimenez and staff are friendly, caring and accommodating. Appointments are usually the same day or next. My sons and I have been patients there for just about 4 years. I am extremely pleased with the practice.
