I had such a mess with the unit which was installed over 15 years ago! I called Jimco at 5am. He answered his phone, asked me what the unit was doing so he could find out more about the problem, I told him I wanted a new unit and I called several other people that were quoting me over 7000!!! He came to my house within 1 hour of speaking to him, with a brand new 4ton unit, redone all of the duct work, sealed everything up properly so there were no leaks, I had cold air within 2 hours of calling him!!! I called Jimco at 4am in the middle of summer and he answered his phone. I was very surprised because evryone else that said 24hrs emerangcy didnt answer. my house was so hot and i had little kids.
