If you have any issues with the food or the customer service, you cant call to make a complaint to a manager. The second you have a problem you might as well do it while your there. But some child like employee that was working the drive through was incapable of answering the one question my husband had "can the ground beef tacos come with the parmesan crust" and the employee said "so two tacos?" Haven’t been to this restaurant in about 10 years and wanted to give it another shot. Asked a simple question; do the tacos still come with a Parmesan crust? Was met with “So you want 2 tacos?” I repeated my question, slower and louder, just in case I was being misunderstood. I have been eating at Jimboy’s tacos since I was six years old but this visit wasn’t very good. The ground beef tacos were chewy, my enchilada bowl didn’t have the extra sauce I asked for and instead of the ground beef taquitos I ordered, I got chicken.
Wouldn’t give the wife the combination to the bathroom even though we ordered $19 worth of food. Both bathrooms weren’t out of order. They even closed dining room an hour early. The height of laziness.
It may take a while to get your food but everything is made to order. Food comes out fresh every time, well worth the wait!
