I've been to this location many times, and they've had trouble with my order many times. They don't double-check with me if they can't hear, they just assume they know what I'm ordering. My most recent experience was simple; 3 bean tacos, 1 ground beef taco, 1 bean and cheese burrito. After waiting at the window for a prolonged amount of time, they gave us our food. Not as good as other locations
I haven't been to Jimboy's since my really horrible experience in Reno wanted a Tahoe burrito it was almost $12 burrito and it was the tiniest burrito I've ever eaten in my life looks like the trends continuing i got a chicken quesadilla today it was about maybe 1 oz of chicken hardly any cheese i got a ground beef taco decent not great and I got a veggie burrito not very big it was over $15 for everything with no drink completely disappointed I'm still hungry never will go back plus there's some kind of sewer smell... read more
I’m tired of these customer only restroom policies. I get it. Put codes on the door. Screen the drug users out. But If you can’t offer a person a restroom with a kind respectful request in a time of need then you don’t deserve my business.
