I was trying to figure out a new hairstyle. I showed Boe a reference photo of a textured fringe with a fade. And he gave me a haircut according to it. He did a good job. He pays good attention to detail and does his best to work according to what you want. And will even make adjustments to fit you better if needed. Overall a good experience and will be returning again in the future.

The studio was clean, well-organized, and had a relaxed, professional vibe. James really knows his craft. He took the time to listen to what my son wanted and offered helpful suggestions. The cut was precise, clean, and exactly what he wanted. Friendly conversation, no rush, and genuine care for making sure he walked out happy. We’ve definitely found our go-to spot!

Was looking for a new barber in Elk Grove and stumbled upon Jimboe's Studio. I decided to book a haircut appointment and had a great experience! Nice consultation experience and during the cut, Boe took his time and had an emphasis on detail and overall care during the process. Had a comfy atmosphere. He was also friendly and gave tips on how to maintain my hairstyle. Will book again!

I really appreciate the level of detail James invests in his clients. He always has suggestions if I want to try a different type of style and I’m always impressed. Best barber I’ve been to! I highly recommend him.
