Had their chicken and sausage “jambalaya “ today at VA. Two bites and in the trash it went. Very disappointing. Rice was some brown rice-a roni mix. And TEN bucks to boot. Think now I’ll chew some old cat litter to get the taste out my mouth.
The truck was at the VA medical center this eek and the hamburger was a 10!
Absolutely the best Gumbo, Jambalaya....everything. So damn good!
Jimbeaux's & Son Food Truck participated in LSU Health Shreveport's celebration of the LSU Tiger's playing in the national championship game. The service was outstanding and the food was beyond delicious. Best cheeseburger ever but gumbo and jambalaya got rave reviews as well.
