Jim Xamis tried you sell us a used truck that has issues that would have cost us an additional $3,000 to fix right after purchase. When we took the truck back, they tried to tell us we agreed to buy the truck ‘as is’. Nope. They didn’t even service the truck stating we had agreed to purchase without the service. Wrong again and we had the proof in the texting we had done prior to the purchase. I had the pleasure of buying a Lincoln MKC from Ellen and it was hands down the most positive buying experience I’ve had.
