Poor experience – I live in Indianapolis, IN and had been looking for a VW CC for a little while. I came accross one at Wynn through the volkswagon website. I spoke with Josh Hunter a salesman at Wynn. I decided to go ahead a put a deposit on the vehicle because it was a certified VW, had all of the features that I wanted (or so Josh said) and it was a great price. Wynn Service Department Problems I had a very negative experience recently with Wynn. I was charged a premium to fix a problem with my Volvo V40 and when the problem recurred less than a week later they did not stand behind their work. The service manager and owner offered a number of excuses why they had to charge me additional to continue to look for problems with the car while offering me nothing on the premium sum I had already paid and told the problem was solved. Jim Wynn Volkswagen-Volvo is Great for VWs My husband and I have leased 2 VWs through Wynn VW. They were excellent to work with and really made the overall experience easy. The service department is very nice and they offer nice loaners, too. We are looking to turn in both of our cars within the next year and will definitely go to Wynn first.
That extra touch Jim Wynn Volkswagon Volvo's service department goes the extra mile. I like it that when I pick up my car from an inspection or an oil change, they always took the time to wash it before they give it back to me! You are always able to get an appointment here on short notice. They get your car back to you usually within a day. Prices are high, but, hey, you can't have everything!
Questionable Sales Tactics I shopped at the dealership for a new Jetta. I came armed with research and had a price in mind. As I was sitting with the saleswoman going over figures, she took exception to one of my numbers. Instead of politely suggesting that she couldn't meet that number, she was very snippy, jumped up to "go talk this over with the manager" and said very snidely, "THIS won't take long."
