This is a SHADY outfit. Let me start out by stating I also work in REAL-ESTATE and I am an excellent applicant and have 760 Credit score, excellent savings and great references. I tried to apply for several properties with JW Co over the last year.. I have traveled from out of area to view the homes several times, and then wanted to apply that same day.
