We have now used Sara Peter’s on four occasions. Obviously she is AMAZING to do this. We have sold 2 homes and bought 2 through her. She has always been completely honest, upfront and reasonable. Sara Peters was not my realtor, she was our seller's realtor. In our contract we asked the seller to hire a professional cleaner before the occupancy ended because there were animal feces in the home. I have my own medical problems & we also have dogs with very sensitive immune systems. Mouses & cat feces could cause my dogs or myself to get sick.
