Sara Peters was not my realtor, she was our seller's realtor. In our contract we asked the seller to hire a professional cleaner before the occupancy ended because there were animal feces in the home. I have my own medical problems & we also have dogs with very sensitive immune systems. Mouses & cat feces could cause my dogs or myself to get sick.
