Sales man was trying to write up car on full ad price when i told him price quoted on phone. Still tried to write up for more than quoted price.Eventually purchased car after phone call to original salesman i talked to.
Austin was very professional, and exceeded expectations. Quickly responded to all inquiries/requests.
Jim was awesome! He helped me theough every step of the purchasing process. I was really impressed with his communication with me. If I had an questions along the way, he would get back to me within minutes! Go see Jim!
They contacted me, but told me the vehicle was not on site yet and was already promised to another customer sight unseen! Nice.

Jim was very polite and patient from the beginning. Although I never made the purchase (I was looking at vehicles beyond my means), I would be happy to personally ask for Jim for my next purchase.
Not sure where to start. I should have known when I called in the first time that it was going to be a bad experience. The receptionist who answered the phone was incredibly rude sounding as if I were bothering her that I wanted to purchase a $48K vehicle. Our salesperson (Scott) ehh he was ok but most definitely forgettable, seemed to basically just tolerate my wife and myself. Got an e-mail, replied and got no response.
Jason was very helpful. Talked through all my concerns. Went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the deal. I talked to a couple other salesmen while there and all were friendly and helpful in answering my questions. Floor mats missing from the truck. they were going to send me some. Still waiting on those. Reached out to inquire on status but never heard back.
