These guys took their time to make sure I got what wanted, I wasn’t there to long before they were done, and I was on my way.
The experience actually wasn’t my own, but my elderly mother’s. She was treated just like family. Her tire light went on and she went over there and they took her car ride and filled it up with air clean her car up and didn’t charge her. And treated her with so much love and kindness. Thank you
Fast friendly service. After they put on new tires on the way home a hub cap was lost. The hub caps were old and I am surprised they had not fallen off sooner. Jim Whaley of Enterprise would not let us pay for new ones. They replaced the set and put them on at no charge. That’s customer care. They got my business from now on.
Don’t trust Jim Whaley for their work. Always watch what they are doing.They don’t do what they say they are gonna do.Then they don’t stand behind the job they do neither.Just a warning for everyone out there
