Jim has always handled the little jobs or the big jobs with the same detail. Always keeps appointments. Would highly recommend.
Dion was very nice on the phone and told me $75 per hour. I agreed. They rounded up to three hours from probably two and a half hours. I don't think the repairs should have taken two hours to begin with, much less three hours, but you just have to trust them to be honest. The handyman left drywall holes after re-securing a bathroom towel rack. He said he did not have spackle. How do you not have spackle as a handyman? We had set up to have Jim work for us to do some minor work. He showed up right on the dot. But it went down hill from there. When he came in he asked for the plans. We handed him the permits and the drawing that where approved by the city. He got all mad and said he could not build off these and that there were not plans. (What do we know we are not a contractor - he is).
