My wife has been a client of Jim O'Connell for many years so I switched over to Jim/Arbella from Liberty, seem to make sense. My car was hit by a tree and Arbella sent to a shop who butchered it more. I thought the Insurance Agency could be a liaison and help us out. Now I got a 2022 undrivable full of glass and hands are tied?? That's a 1star agency who doesn't care,,,
I've been using them for over 5 years, they are always looking out for me. Easy to deal with and very helpful getting stuff done through the RMV, they've literally saved me hours not having to keep going back to the registry.
