I have an active case with Ford Corporate #CAS44989784 Customer Service Department over a Ford Lightning I ordered through Orchid Houston on 5/22/21. I also deposited an additional $500 on 1/4/23. I had thought about cancelling my order but Orchid asked me to please not cancel the order as they are a small dealership and needed every Lightning they could get.
