We found Jim quite by chance, but we're very happy we did. In this case, we were the buyer. Through this whole experience Jim was extremely helpful. We worked with Jim to find a home this winter. We only had a long - very snowy and icy - weekend to look. Jim was very helpful lining up houses that met our specifications. When we changed them, he quickly and cheerfully found new houses to tour. We found a house we liked, made an offer, and closed on it in mid - March. Jim was a pleasure to work with selling our condo. He explained what to expect, gave practical advice on preparing to list our property and was spot on for the listing price. We needed a door adjustment after the inspection and Jim assisted in getting the work done. He kept us informed throughout the process.
