I went online and scheduled an oil change for 10:30. Arrived at 10:20 for my appointment. I did not leave the establishment until 12:18. Never once was told that they were running behind, apologized for the long wait, nothing. Why have me schedule an appointment if you’re not going to honor the time the customer scheduled the appointment. That was a complete waste of 2 hours of my day. Be very careful with this business. Ended up with an extremely bad deal on a truck and won't ever go back. Stay away from this place
