I can really feel the familial environment that this dealership gives. Everyone was so helpful and answered all of our questions, with no feeling of being rushed. They truly want to be loyal to their customers, and we will be back!
After being jerked around by another dealership in Austin, I did a Carfax search for certified preowned cars and one on the Jim Turner Chevrolet's website came up. I was able to research the car via the VIN and Carfax. One big thing was that all the service by the previous one owner was done at Jim Turner Chevrolet.
