I took my 2009 GMC Sierra to Jim Tubman in Ottawa in February for a broken side mirror and a cracked windshield. I chose the dealership specifically because I expected higher service and professionalism in exchange for their premium prices. Instead, they quietly subcontracted the windshield replacement (without telling me) and their contractors cracked my dashboard by sitting on it.
