It only felt right to express the comfort and calm process my Husband and I had with Ted. We were reffered to Ted by many in my family circle that have used his services and purchased their vehicle through him. I recently had to have some work on my vehicle. I dealt with Randy who was so easy to work with and kept me up to date with the status of my car. He always responded within hours when I sent him an email. I would highly recommend Jim Tubman Chevrolet for their stellar customer service.
Charged me ~$500 for a coolant flush and didn't refill the coolant. When I brought it back in they wanted to charge me ~$175 to do a diagnostic to see if there was a leak. Went and bought a $20 bottle of coolant and refilled it myself. No leak. I'll never come here again and I urge others to avoid this dealership as well.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ted Smith! From start to finish, he was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the perfect car for me!
