If you had to use one word to describe Jim as a Realtor, it would be pro. My wife and I lost our home of 18 years in the fires of Altadena and when we decided to look for a house. My good friend in NYC who is a well-known realtor give me 4 names of the best in the SGV. I vetted all 4 and there was no question that Jim was our guy. After the Eaton wildfire left me without my home in Altadena, I needed to decide whether to rebuild or purchase a replacement property. My initial reaction was of course I would rebuild! However, after 6-7 weeks of complete and utter chaos and constant telephone calls, I decided to look at listing my property (debris and all) for sale.
