If I could leave a zero star review, I would. The only good interaction was with our salesman. I purchased my vehicle in February 2025 and when we took the vehicle in for routine maintenance, there were strange numbers at the bottom of our reciept. Upon further review, the additional warranties that were offered and declined, had somehow miraculously appeared. We got home and contacted GM and the dealership. Online buyers beware. I rarely write negative reviews but this experience got to me. On Friday I found a truck listed on CarGurus from this dealership. Checked their website to verify and it was listed for sale. I send an email asking what the price was since none was listed. Garrett responded and provided the price. We quickly agree on a price that was okd by the sales manager. Invoice was sent to me. Since I live in Ohio I advised them I'd fly in on Monday and drive it home. They requested $1,000 deposit to hold the truck.... read more
Screwed me around for months and months waiting on parts meanwhile they were sitting at another dealership the whole time. And if you buy something they constantly harass you to buy from them. Hadn't even had the truck fixed yet and a salesman reached out and ask if I was interested in another vehicle.
I'm reviewing over a year later. I bought a truck from these guys in June 2024. Not only was that one of the smoothest dealership dealings I've had (I've had a lot) but they are SUPER helpful. I had to call back to get a copy of the buyers agreement since I lost mine and they were very helpful in getting the information I needed and quickly too. Very thankful and would absolutely recommend buying from this dealership!
I will never again do business with this place.
