I have interacted with a few sales people in looking for a car and Jeremy’s service was well above several local dealerships. He went above and beyond to help, offered alternatives, provided space but was always present for questions. Then he followed up, not in a pressure way, but in an effort to meet my needs/preference. Customer service is alive and well at Thompson Chrysler!

Great service! The electronics in my vehicle started to go after I found evidence of mice. They had a loaner vehicle ready to go when I came in and quickly found the problem! My vehicle was fixed and ready to go within a few hours!

Everyone at Jim Thompson went out of their way to help expedite our purchase and make us feel that our decision was recognized as an important milestone for us.
