We had a great experience getting our older model vehicle serviced. The staff quickly isolated the problem, provided an estimate for the essential work required, and did the repairs quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful, kept us well informed, and didn't try to oversell us. It was a pleasant experience and we recommend them to other Chrysler/Dodge/Fiat owners.
My truck had left the collision company prematurely with a terrible shake. Jim Thompson got the truck in quickly efficiently and went over it with a fine tooth comb. Their new system sent me pictures quotes. It was easy. It was simple and when I picked up my truck the staff was pleasant ,kind and Greeted me with a smile. The truck drove flawlessly.
We had a brake problem on our way from Chatham to Montreal. The Jim Thompson dealership ordered the part, worked the repair into their schedule and gave us rides to and from our hotel. We were so impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of their staff and the quality of the repair. Of course it was expensive!
