Great service
We had a brake problem on our way from Chatham to Montreal. The Jim Thompson dealership ordered the part, worked the repair into their schedule and gave us rides to and from our hotel. We were so impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of their staff and the quality of the repair. Of course it was expensive!

Great experience at Thompson Chrysler, Nicole at the service desk was quick to get my truck in to fix a mishandled repair by a different shop. Even after I was confused by some wording in the paperwork she was quick to find the clarification needed for me to feel well taken care of.
