Super friendly people that work here, very helpful and willing to go to great lengths to meet your needs.
Service department sucks! The car is great and the buying experience is very good. Unfortunately, after you bought the vehicle, booking service repair is a nightmare. They never answer the phone and when you leave a message none calls you back for a follow up. I will never buy anything at that store location again. I came to Thompson Chrysler looking for a family vehicle, following a bad experience at another dealership locally. I was given right out the gate an experience that made me feel the needs of my family were of the utmost priority.
