I hired Jim to cut a few trees & grind stumps. He did a good job cutting down the trees but rutted the yard with the tractor badly. I was told he would be back to cover the ruts & grind the stump. He asked for payment in advance for the stump & would just come by & get it done without bothering me. Well its been 7 months now & this man never came back & will not answer nor return my calls.
