As a renter, i cant say enough good things about this company! I moved from out of state (across the country.) I was having a hard time finding someone to rent to me without coming into their office. but was hesitant to move that far with my young kids with out a house ready. even though it was after hours when we got to mountain home. someone came out and met us giving us the keys (it was ten at night!) saving another dreaded hotel stay with infants. For property management, this business is horrible. They never keep you informed about the status of the tenant, property or rent deposited to your account. I've asked to be informed, say 5 days after a deposit is short for a reason / explanation. Never happens. Also I never get an invoice from this business, as my rental property is a tax liability, and I need that information. I have to ask for an annual statement each year. My last tenant went to a month to month agreement with them, I wasn't informed nor would have agree... read more
