RecommendedWe have been with State Farm for over 40 years. When we moved from MD our agent recommended Jim Stewart. When we first met Jim, 16 years ago, we sat in his office and were treated like family. This staff truly cares about their customers. They take time to listen. When you tell them to cancel 2 policies and they only cancel one they will not give you a refund when you notice the other hasn't been cancelled. Provided proof of insurance with another company and still no full refund. This company lies to their customers and tell them what they want to hear to get your business. When its time for action they hide behind corporate policies that protect the business and not the customer. If you deal with them you better put all your request in writing.
