They did an amazing job on my 4Runner! Had it done in a timely manner, and did awesome work! Couldn't be happier. I will refer all of my friends and family to them.
My first time there was as perfect as it can be when your car is broke --- Great Job - Shane is the best. Highly recommend. I went in and was originally told I needed to go find a dealership. Shane was sitting behind his desk and got involved. Figured out he had a clip that would work perfectly. He came outside and fixed it right on the sidewalk. You Rock Shane. These Guys are Great! – You can't beat the courtesy, ingenuity and good old common sense practical solutions Jim Stevens offers. Here's the story: So I took my car to the fancy place that trucks your junk to Tigard and brings it back in the middle of the night. A Diamond in the Pearl I walk by this place every work week day and must say I love peeping in the interior to this place only to find all of those who work there to be hard at work. I personally have a large facination for cars and detail work and have noticed some of their work and am amazed. I called the other day about a paint job on just an auto part for my car and they guy on the phone even went the extra mile to inform me about the difficulty of installing this bumper panel. top notch service – Had some repair work done on the front of my truck and the service was top notch. These guys treated me with respect, fixed my bumper to top standards and did it with a smile. The quality of their work is outstanding. Shane and Bill did a wonderful job on my repairs. I would recommend these guys to anybody. If you need a repair and are in the pearl Jim Stevens is the place to get it done.
The place to go for auto body repair These guys were outstanding! Where else can you go and be welcomed by the owner? They treated me as an intelligent person (not a dumb female). I didn't have to worry about anything but taking in my car; they told be what my rights as the person who had been hit were, gave me an estimate, dealt with the insurance company and arranged for a rental right on the spot.
