We needed to replace our 20 year old hot water heater . I was told by another company it would be $1800.00, I called Jim Snell , they sent Buddy out to give me an estimate the same day. Jim Snell saved me $300.00 dollars and Buddy did a great job on the spot, no waiting. We will definitely use again for any plumbing problems.

I had called two or three plumbers before I even got a call back. That one came out. Had problems. Called another guy in. Worked a total of two hours and then left upset. Not sure why. After a week called out Jim Snell. They came out the next day. Fixed my plugged sewer line and came back the next day to propose a permanent fix. Buddy was the plumber who did a great job. He earned his 5 stars.
