Jim Smith has been there for us whenever we have needed since becoming our rep. When claims have been filed, the adjuster came to the house to review the claim and wrote a check on the spot. He gave us the option to repair the way we wished to do. No limitations.
We love Jim! He always guides us through our insurance needs and is always available for my silly questions. We really feel he cares about our family. Not to mention..great rates!!! 10/10 recommend Jim amd country financial (:
