I was not in a good mind set when I had my initial interaction with this towing service as I have never had an incident on the side of the road where police call a tow truck to the scene. I was over charged for the service up front, but after calling in and talking to Sam, we evaluated the charges and discovered the error and it was handled and the difference was refunded to me. I have always used this business anytime I have needed a tow. Everyone is always very nice and helpful. Once, I had a car that died on me and actually started working again as soon as the tow truck arrived. The man was nice enough to follow me to dealership in case I broke down again, and at no charge! I would recommend Jim Smith to anyone.
Top notch and most professional towing service in Conway. I'm sorry I used Helton's in the past. Jim Smith will be the only guys I use to tow my vehicles whenever the need arises.
