Bought a 2025 Equinox EV and it is crap, can't get any help, I called and told the woman who answers the phone that I needed help. All she can do is schedule me service, I am 169 miles away.. The car has 1500 miles on it and the front floor has lots of water on/in it. I don't think that they they have a EV mechanic.
The service was great! And as a Single Mom, having that kid play area, made my wait so much easier!
After a 9 day wait for an appointment, the replacement of my Chevy Equinox transfer case was done very well, and the car was ready when promised. The cost was much less than estimates from two other reputable garages, which surprised me. However, while doing this repair, they discovered a leak at the torque converter, but did not advise me of this until I picked up the vehicle.
