I bought a used car from Shorkey in Bakerstown. It’s a great car with a bumper to bumper warranty, but when I closed the back hatch, it would sometimes open right back up just a little, not the whole way up. Shorkey body shop tested, adjusted and worked on it but it still sometimes would malfunction. Long story short, they have gone above and beyond to get this problem resolved. Great service for a check up & they had the parts & time to fix the issues that needed fixed without me having to make another appointment to come back. Service kept me informed often in progress as well.

They always take great care of my Trax, inspection and emissions went perfectly, I did ask them to check my fluids because I did notice my coolant was low for some reason and they checked for leaks and said there were no leaks, they suggested that I get a coolant flush since my Trax is 6 years old and it has never been done, they also changed my break fluid and they did notice my tires were wearing on the outsides and suggested that I could use a front end alignment so I had them do everything for me, I appreciate them looki... read more
