Went in last weekend to purchase a new car and had the best experience thanks to Trevor and Adam! They are the absolute best team to work with. There was no pressure to leave with a new vehicle and they were very honest during the entire process. They helped me find the best deal possible. Definitely ask for one of them when you’re considering buying a new vehicle!
HORRIBLE experience. Purchased a used car at the Mitsubishi dealership. 2 weeks later they called me and said they lost the $3000 cashiers check I gave them for the down-payment. It took me a full day and $100 to have the lost cashiers check canceled and a new one issued, then a 45 minute drive to give them the new check. They gave me 2 free oil changes for my trouble. If you are looking to buy a new car, this is the place to go! I got the pleasure to have Richard Westmoreland as my salesman and i couldn't have asked for a better person to sell me my dream car. They are so patient and overall great people to work with! Shout out to Brandon for keeping up the vibes!! This place is amazing!
Edit a few years later - all the little thoughtful details I mentioned below are now gone. We had sworn off this place until Alex swooped us back in. Alex is the most thoughtful, kind, and informative service advisor I've ever had. He makes up for those aforementioned missing little details ten-fold. Super comfortable at this dealership.
