Extremely Unprofessional Experience This has been the most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I was interested in a car that was located about 50 minutes away, so I called ahead to confirm it was available. I was told it was on the lot. Absolute worst experience of my life dealing with a dealership. I purchased a 23 sportage hybrid with only 32,000 miles on it. The whole body was scratched, nicked, dents on the front bumper, a misaligned tailgate, HORRIBLE paintwork to the tailgate, a lip in the back bumper indicating an accident or damage UNREPORTED on the CARFAX.
