All the staff did great except Dylan Haffner. Seth spent the morning with me going over everything and getting a deal ready for purchase. After coming to an agreement we went to get a cashiers check for the agreed amount. Trade in details were all settled. When we came back and started signing Dylan Inserted himself into the process about when the trade-in would be in (new car needed 2-3 days for detail) when Seth was speaking with GSM.
