Amy Weishorn is the best there is! She’s helped us buy two sportages that we absolutely love and made the car buying process so smooth and enjoyable, which is not typical when buying a car. Wow. This place has gone down hill! I purchased my Kia from Shorkey’s back in 2011 when they actually went above and beyond for their customers. But now you can look at the complex and realize we were hoodwinked. I brought my car in for an engine recall this week and it was the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I recently had a good experience purchasing a vehicle at Jim Shorkey Kia North Huntington. The salesperson I dealt with was Demetrius Rochelle. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured in any way and he was very clear and up front throughout the entire process. All in all a good experience.
This was one of my most enjoyable car buying experiences I’ve had. After I left the dealership they checked in on me a few different times, each time playing with the numbers and coming up with a better deal each time until I was satisfied. That brought me back in to buy the truck I wanted.
