First of all…. Run far away from any Kia cars. I leased a 2024 Kia Sorento from them. After one year, the transmission failed and was in the shop for a week. I got it back and within a week, the transmission light was back on again. The dealship by my house had it another week. I was without my car for over half the month. Start this on a positive note. Derick is great and I truly feel he is the backbone to the service department and truly tries but the team causes the downfall. They had my car for 2 weeks nearly and I called several times asking for a loaner or how I get a rental (this issue was covered under warranty) I was never given or offered a loaner or help with a rental.
