I don't even know where to begin... My warranty repair of a torque converter took nearly 3 weeks to complete. Asked about a loaner, since it was a warranty repair, said they had "over 40 people" on a waiting list for loaners ; rented a car on my own, submitted the rental car invoice for payment never got paid by the dealership, despite phone conversations saying they would pay as it is part of the extended warranty. Made an appointment 2 weeks out. Needed the torsion bar in the tailgate replaced which I already had purchased, I decided to go ahead and get it serviced. This was a Monday morning at 8:00 AM . I received a call from the service writer telling me there is an additional part needed to repair the tailgate easy lift. They were also supposed to do two recalls, one being the passenger rear door lock does not work. Then another recall on some internal door part. Make sure whatever they quote you for any work that You get it in writing!! They told my husband one price and after work was done I went to pay and it was higher My husband called to talk to them about it and they stated the manager would get back with him,we are still waiting to hear back after calling them several times!! They don't seem to value their customers 😕
This is the most amazing dealership to work with. Tom Berry is simply amazing! I lived in a different state and he made the transaction so smooth! He had the most amazing people meet me half way and switch vehicle (they took my trade). I have been telling everyone what a great dealership this is! I will never go elsewhere !! Thank you Tom!!! I took my ford escape 2019, for an oil change and the mechanics forgot to put the oil cap back. I drive around two hours on the highway before I got home and heard the rattling of the cap. now my engine is all stained with oil, they put me at risk of a fire, i lost oil, and I want compensation
no gimmicks or stereotypical salesman pitches. they didnt burry me with numbers and paperwork. the buying process was simple, easy and to the point. hunter was great during the whole deal and overall did a great job. also need to mention that i was impressed when hunter called the dealership owner on a saturday afternoon and he picked up the call and talked with us for 10 minutes or so.
best place around south florida. matt is a great sales person. all were nice and did a great job. thanks bought 2 cars for export without problems.
We had a very bad experience with these guys. Very unethical. Beware!
